Return Policy
Order Confirmation & Agreement
By placing an order with Emily’s Wardrobe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return Policy.
By completing your purchase, you agree that:
- You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timelines
- You will follow the return procedure outlined below
- In case of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order records may be used as reference
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Only standard handling (such as trying on) is allowed
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or misuse not caused by us.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:
Include the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
- Full name and shipping address
Please wait for confirmation and instructions before sending your return.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
After review:
- We may offer a replacement depending on availability
- In some cases, a return may not be required
Replacements are typically arranged within 7–14 business days.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost during shipping:
- Contact us with your order and tracking details
- We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier
If a package is:
- Refused at delivery
- Not collected
- Returned due to incorrect address
A $35 CAD fee may be deducted from your refund to cover handling and shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery.

Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
In case of a chargeback, we may provide supporting documentation such as:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping and tracking information
- Communication records
Filing a dispute without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.
Additional Information
- Returns are shipped at the customer’s expense
- Items must be returned to our designated fulfillment center
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or customs processing
- For hygiene reasons, used or unsanitary items cannot be returned
